By now, we all know that the LSU Board of Supervisors approved a series of “contracts” — full of blank pages and missing numbers — that turn over the operations of state hospitals to private corporations and foundations.
Until now, however, we didn’t know what those deals would look like once the so-called “contracts” were completed.
Now, thanks to journalist and blogger Tom Aswell, we do.
And it’s not pretty. It’s even questionable whether what LSU has negotiated can legally be called a contract.
